This class highlights the remarkable leadership of Jim Dailey, who served as Mayor of Little Rock for 14 years (1993–2006). Beyond his mayoral tenure, Jim has held numerous influential roles, including Chairman of the Arkansas State Parks Recreation and Travel Commission, Director of Arkansas Tourism, and President of the Arkansas Municipal League. His leadership extended nationally as Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the National League of Cities and the FCC Intergovernmental Advisory Committee. A member of the Arkansas Broadband Council and Chairman of Little Rock’s Airport Commission, Jim brings a wealth of experience and wisdom.
